We are mainly open-air, however there is some covered space available in case the weather decides not to play

We don't reserve tables, it's all walk-ins. There is plenty of room to hang out and tables can quickly become available.
Alternatively, if you would like to enquire about a private hire or package reservation for a larger group, please visit this page.

Under 18s are welcome up until 5pm, accompanied by an adult, on weekends and Bank Holidays only.

You must be over 18 and have proof of identity to purchase alcohol. We operate under the Challenge 25 Policy, therefore, if you’re lucky enough to appear under the age of 25, you will be asked to provide ID upon arrival.

Acceptable forms of ID include the following: a photo driving licence, a passport and a proof of age card, such as the PASS card from the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme.

If you are running late, please do not worry- there is no need to notify us. We’ll see you when you arrive and we will do our best to accommodate you at a suitable time slot. However, please note: we cannot guarantee availability if you miss your booking.

We do not offer refunds due to bad weather, but you can transfer your ticket up until 2 hours before the venue opens for free, via our website here.

All games except Sluggers will go ahead in most weather conditions, if you haven't received an email from us stating otherwise; your booking is going ahead. In the event of a game cancellation, all efforts will be made to give as much notice as possible. All ticket holders will be notified via email and offered a booking transfer.

To modify your booking, please follow the instructions below:

  • Create an account here under the same email address used to make your booking.
  • You can choose the game, date and time to transfer your tickets to, by clicking the blue 'TRANSFER' button. You'll be taken to our website, where you can add your new, desired tickets to your basket and checkout with your existing order converted into credit!
    Please note: If you transfer your tickets to an event that is a lower price than your original purchase, you will not receive or be eligible to receive a refund for any difference in price. Missing the transfer window does not make you eligible for a refund.
  • You are able to transfer up until 2 hours before the venue opens, on the day of your booking.

Unfortunately, we do not screen any sporting events.

Yes! Entry to the rooftop is free.

Lots of friends - lucky you! Larger groups are welcome for walk-ins or, if you'd like to book space ahead of time, we have various Private Hire options you can read about here.

We operate under the “Challenge 25” policy. If you’re lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked to show your ID.

Food and drink from outside of our premises is prohibited.

Please note: no liquid, including water, may be brought into our venue. All water bottles will be emptied upon arrival if full, however, free water is available from our bars.

We also have a variety of wonderful food vendors, alongside a wide drinks selection!

Unfortunately, our licencing doesn’t allow dogs on the rooftop.

Yes, we are open from 12pm to 11pm on Bank Holidays with final orders at 10.30pm.
