Your game reservation automatically includes a table booking for 1 hour and 20 minutes after your game finishes so you can sit back and relax — losers get the next round!
Accompanied children (under 18s) are welcome until 5pm, with last entry being 3pm. To adhere to social distancing guidelines, we kindly ask that you ensure all children remain seated at the table during your visit when not playing a booked game. Please note that high chairs are not available.
All games aside from Sluggers (only) will go ahead in all weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via email at least 3 hours prior to the event. In the event of dangerous weather, Roof East reserves the right to cancel the event and reschedule to a new date for which all tickets will be transferred. Where a rescheduled date is not available, all tickets from the original cancelled booking will be valid for another day of the ticket holder's choice, subject to availability.
For table bookings, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your booking time. If you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours’ notice, don’t show up, or are more than 30 minutes late, you will be charged a non-refundable fee of £5 per person. Game bookings require at least 7 days’ notice to be exchanged after purchase, except for in the event that Roof East terminates the event. Please check your tickets as mistakes cannot always be rectified at the venue.
Entry to the rooftop is free, but we recommend booking a table or a game to guarantee entry. We do not charge for table bookings, however your card details will be taken and if you don’t show up, are more than 30 minutes late, or cancel your booking with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a non-refundable fee of £5 per person.
Your safety is of the utmost importance to us at Roof East and we’ve implemented a few new procedures to ensure your safety during this time.
We are operating with a reduced capacity allowing for safe social distancing and have installed clear directional systems to keep everyone safe.
Staff will be provided with face masks and gloves and will be required to wash their hands every 20 minutes.
We are now offering a fully seated and fully hosted experience, so the bar will be closed to the public. Food and drink orders can be made via a web app to maximise your time with your loved ones and avoid the queues!
We will provide contactless service, with food and drinks delivered via trays and empty cups collected via provided baskets on each table, ensuring a contactless experience for everyone.
We’ve reduced the number of slots available for each game to ensure ample social distancing across the whole rooftop and at each cage/hole/lane.
Hand washing facilities and hand sanitiser are available to staff and guests.
If you have additional concerns, disposable gloves will be available.
We have recruited full-time cleaners who will ensure all gaming equipment (including bats, balls, sticks, stones and clubs), tables, chairs and toilet facilities are thoroughly sanitised regularly and between each and every booking.
We are closely following government advice and will adapt the rooftop to ensure we are following official guidelines at all times.

We operate under the “Challenge 25” policy. If you’re lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked to show your ID.
Acceptable forms of ID to prove you are over 18 include: a photo driving licence, a passport, a proof of age card, such as the PASS card from the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme.
