Want to rearrange or cancel your booking?

If you would like to amend your booking or transfer to another date, please email our customer support team via games@roofeast.com a minimum of 2 days in advance to guarantee your transfer. We will always do our best to accommodate booking amendments where possible. However please note our offices are closed on weekends.

It's raining/the weather is bad!

If you haven't received an email from us, your booking is going ahead.

All games except Sluggers will go ahead in all weather conditions, in the event of a cancellation ticket holders will be notified via email & offered the option to transfer their booking - all efforts will be made to give as much notice as possible. In the event of dangerous weather, Roof East reserves the right to cancel the event and reschedule to a new date for which all tickets will be transferred. Where a rescheduled date is not available, all tickets from the original cancelled booking will be valid for another day of the ticket holder's choice, subject to availability.
