Want to rearrange or cancel your booking?

We do not offer refunds, but guests are able to transfer their bookings for free via our website! To reschedule your game, create an account here under the email address used to make your booking. Your tickets will appear and you'll just need to hit the blue 'TRANSFER' button. You'll be taken to our website where you can add your desired tickets to your basket and checkout with your existing order converted into credit. You can reschedule your booking (for free!) up until 12 noon on the day of your event.

It's raining/the weather is bad!

If you haven't received an email from us, your booking is going ahead.

All games except Sluggers will go ahead in all weather conditions, in the event of a cancellation ticket holders will be notified via email & offered the option to transfer their booking - all efforts will be made to give as much notice as possible. In the event of dangerous weather, Roof East reserves the right to cancel the event and reschedule to a new date for which all tickets will be transferred. Where a rescheduled date is not available, all tickets from the original cancelled booking will be valid for another day of the ticket holder's choice, subject to availability.
