Roof East returns with sky-high festival vibes all summer long!
We're set to reopen on 17th April 2025, with games galore, outdoor film, bars, street food legends and new bottomless brunches!
New for 2025, and for impeccable party vibes, are sky-high weekend bottomless brunches. Starting on the last weekend of May, revellers who book in can expect bottomless drinks, delicious menus straight from the rooftop’s vendors, and there’s even the option for bottomless games for those who want to battle it out on the court.
The last weekend of June, July and August will see the launch of Roof East’s Festival Weekends. Expect music performances, comedy shows, art activities for friends and family, and markets, perfect for getting your culture fix. Each month will have a different theme and guests can explore and enjoy new offerings from food to fashion.
Roof East’s Games are back and bigger for 2025; you can test your batting skills at Sluggers, with a brand-new scoreboard to track your home runs, challenge your friends for a bullseye at Arrows archery, go disco with Glitter Bowls or take a swing at Birdies crazy golf. Roof East is also home to free games including giant Jenga, Hang Bar, Ping Pong and Cornhole, allowing rooftop punters to get competitive whilst soaking in the city views.
Rooftop Film Club returns bringing cult classics and box office bangers to Roof East’s outdoor cinema. Enjoy handpicked curation of movies under starry skies with everything from cult classics to summer romances, horrors and more. Sporting fans can also catch the Wimbledon finals from the rooftop with Pimm’s in tow, whilst NEW FOR 2025, Fireside Films offer the chance to cosy up in a loveseat for two nestled next to wood- burning heater
For the perfect appetising accompaniment to a summer’s day, Roof East offers a scrumptious selection of street food vendors and drinks at its bars. From burgers to flatbreads and mouthwatering fries, with vegan and gluten free options also available, there’s something for everyone.
Piddaji will be serving up its famous pide flatbreads - including veggie, chorizo or chicken options - cooked in a wood burning oven, alongside its Shawarma menu and authentic Turkish small plates, including hummus, halloumi fries, and more, and its delectable dessert offering, including Baklava and Kunafah with ice cream.
Cheeky Burger, a former winner at the British Street Food Awards in the ‘Best Burger’ category, will be back with their mouthwatering burgers, all of which can be made gluten free, including the new Roof East Tower - a toasted bun with a beef patty, pulled pork, American cheese, burger sauce, house pickles, BBQ sauce and an onion ring - and tastebud-tingling sides including Corn Fritters with house ranch sauce and tajin chilli, and Billionaire Fries with truffle oil and freshly grated parmesan.
Chick’n’Sours, described as ‘the god of fried chicken’ by Time Out also returns with fan favourites on offer including The General’s delicious Seaweed Crack, House Made Japanese Mayo, Cheese, and Pink Pickles. Plant-based punters don’t have to miss out, with the Vegan MK2 - PETA’s Vegan Chicken of the Year 2024 - on offer, featuring Miami Vegan Chick’n, Gochujang Mayo, Ginger Miso Green ‘Slaw and Kimchi.
Quench your thirst and toast the summer with drinks from one of Roof East’s four bars which will serve a selection of beer, wine and spirits, as well as cocktails, soft drinks and mocktails for a taste of summer. Cocktails include the Love Bug with Coconut Rum, Banana, Midori Melon Liqueur, Pineapple & Fresh Citrus and Big Hitter’s Punch for a tropical hit with Havana 7, Havana 3, Havana Cuban Spiced, Grapefruit, Pineapple, Almond and Pomegranate.
